Terms of Use

Effective 14 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and CineX LLC Confirm: legal entity (“we”) for the HabitX app and this website. By creating an account you agree to them. Apple’s standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app as distributed through the App Store.

The service

HabitX lets you track habits, routines, goals and mood, computes a personal Day Score and, through Q, surfaces patterns in your own history. You need an Apple ID and an iPhone running a supported iOS version.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the device and Apple ID used to access your account. You must be at least 13 years old Confirm: minimum age; 16 in some EU states.

Subscriptions

Your content

What you enter into HabitX is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store it, sync it and process it to provide the service, including to generate Q answers. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to access other people’s data, reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Not medical advice

Day Score, mood features and Q are for personal reflection and planning. They are not medical, psychological or health advice and are not a substitute for professional care. Q reports associations in your data; it does not establish cause.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using HabitX and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Confirm: state of incorporation of the publisher, e.g. Delaware / Illinois, and disputes will be heard in its courts, unless consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
